Both of the girls basketball teams picked up wins Monday evening as they faced the Ft. Recovery Indians. The 3-0 7th grade squad threw the first punch in a convincing 39-15 win. Kenna Fulmer led the attack with 25 points. Adi Williams and Kali Craft each contributed 6 points, while Bailey Lampert added a bucket. The 8th graders delivered the knockout as they defeated the Indians 23-18. The balanced scoring attack was led by Emery Verbryke and Morgyn Parsons with 5 apiece. Hailey Schwind and Sophia Coldiron tallied 4 each, while Brooklyn Cotterman and Joslyn Cable offered 3 and 2 points, respectively. Both teams travel to Shawnee on Thursday evening.
